Another late blog today because it’s been a lazy day. So lazy, that I didn’t even go out to get my own sandwich – the missus was going out and going near an M&S, which we don’t have round here, so I got her to pick one up. Clearly she’s not reading the Christmas Sandwich Blog I write where I complained about the turkey sandwiches all being the same and wanting to try something different.
I can’t really be bothered today so let’s jump straight in.

Roast British turkey breast with pork, sage and onion stuffing, onion mayonnaise, cranberry chutney and smoked British bacon on malted brown bread.
This actually pretty good, it hits all the right notes – very tasty stuffing, nice hit of cranberry, smokey bacon, overall a good sandwich. It might help that I haven’t had an M&S turkey sandwich since 2017 but that’s okay, it’s good to enjoy a turkey sandwich for once!
